Abdul Mannan is an Indian politician of the Samajwadi Party. He was a Member of the Municipal council for the city of Kiratpur, Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh.[1][2][3][4]

On the instructions of the District Magistrate, assets worth more than one crore 74 lakh of SP leader Kiratpur Municipality President Abdul Manna have been attached. Which was acquired illegally by the chairman. He has more than a dozen cases registered against him under the Cow Slaughter Act, Animal Cruelty

On Friday under the leadership of SDM Najibabad, CO Gajendra Singh, Tehsildar Gopesh Tiwari, Lekhpal Nagendra Singh, Gyanendra Singh, the police force took action to attach the property of Abdul Mannan. Administrative officials told that th action has been taken by the chairman for his involvement in anti-social activities. There are 15 cases registered against him including Animal Cruelty, Cow Slaughter Act, Arms Act, Gangster Act. Chairman Abdul Mannan's property worth Rs one crore 74 lakh 28 thousand 840 has been attached at two places in Tukarrabpur alias Isra Khedi and Bharat Nagar Colony. This created a stir among the chairman and supporters. Chairman Abdul Mannana alleges that this is injustice of the BJP government. His property has been confiscated[5]
