Aoife Dalton (born 3 May 2003) is an Irish rugby player. She plays for the Ireland women's national rugby union team.[1]

In 2022, she made her international debut against Japan.[2][3]
At the 2023 Women's Six Nations Championship, she started against Wales, and France.[4]
