As an Entrepreneur he has founded the Micro Info Incin 2010 and Workcog, a Global IT Consulting & Staffing company in 2018.[7]

On the Philanthropic part, Appi Reddy has founded a non-profit organisation in 2012 by the name AHR Foundation for the help of underprivileged children.[2] This foundation has provided education, personal, and professional skills to over 1000 students.[8][7][9]
