Barney Walsh is an English actor and television presenter.

Career

As an actor Walsh has appeared in British television series such as The Larkins,[1] Death in Paradise,[2] Doctors and Law & Order UK. He played a teenage King Arthur in 2017 Guy Ritchie feature film King Arthur: Legend of the Sword.[3] In 2023 he joined the cast of Casualty as Cameron Micklethwaite.[4]

In May 2023 Walsh was confirmed to be co-presenting The Gladiators UK TV show re-boot alongside his father Bradley Walsh.[5][6] The pair had previously regularly appeared together on the ITV series Bradley Walsh & Son: Breaking Dad, a British television series in which the comedian and presenter Walsh is taken by his son on a coming of age road trip across several countries.[7] The fifth series of the show premiered on ITV on 10 January 2023.[8]

Personal life

He is the son of comedian, actor and television presenter Bradley Walsh and his wife Donna.[9] In 2020 Walsh became a dog-owner during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown.[10] In 2022 Walsh was revealed to be dating Puerto Rican model and 2016 Miss World winner Stephanie Del Valle Diaz.[11][12]
