Benvanshi
The Benvanshi or Venvanshi Rajputs are a sub clan of the Lunar dynasty. They claim descent from the last Emperor of the Mauryan Empire - Brihadratha Maurya. The Maharajas of Singrauli are their chieftains.[1]
