Capel Plough F.C.
Capel Plough F.C. is an English association football club based in Capel St. Mary currently competing in the Suffolk and Ipswich Football League.[1] The club is one of the fastest growing clubs in the county.[2]

The club was founded in 1969. In 2016, female teams were organized for the first time.[3]
