Dhriti Saharan

Dhrriti Saharan is an Actress, Singer, Entrepreneur and a Philanthropist. She was born and brought up in Mumbai, after which she did her Engineering from Pune, later Dhrriti went to attain her career in the Indian film industry.[1][2] Dhrriti is the daughter in law of Patlolla Manjusree Reddy, who is the Zilla Parishad (ZP) Chief of Sangareddy District.

Career

Saharan made her debut in the Punjabi movie Pure Punjabi for which she was nominated for the Best Debut Actress Category at the PTC Punjabi Film Awards in 2013.[3] She also appeared in the video for the hit song "Billo Thumka" from the film Pinky Moge Wali. Sadda Haq was her second film, for which she won the Critics Choice Award for Best Actress at the 2014 PTC Punjabi Film Awards.[4] Also, in Teri Meri Ek Jindari, directed by Partho Ghosh.[2][5][6][7][8] Saharan was also the lead actress in the 2016 release, Vaapsi, sharing the screen with Gulshan Grover.

Saharan broaden the horizon by making her way into the spectrum of Entrepreneurship. Blue Butterfly Arts LLP, a company founded by Saharan and her husband Patlolla Jayanth Reddy. She now contemplates and regulate the artist from different diversities to come together as one, with the help of her own music label Soul Tunes.

Saharan's also contributes her time towards her NGO, Mamatha India Foundation, through which she bestows her share towards the betterment of the children and women's welfare with solidarity.
