Ekhane Nongor

Ekhane Nongor (Bengali: এখানে নোঙর, lit. 'Here is the Anchor') is a 2023 Bangladeshi Bengali language romantic thriller film directed by Mehedi Rony and produced by Bengal Multimedia. The film stars Ador Azad, Orchita Sporshia, Shahiduzzaman Selim, Mamunur Rashid, Intekhab Dinar, Shatabdi Wadud and others.[1]

Production and release

The shooting of the film started on Sunday in different scenic locations of Manikganj and Barishal. The film is expected to release on the OTT platform "RTV Plus".[3] The shooting of the film has started from 15 January in different places of Aminbazar of Dhaka District and Manikganj. The director (Mehedi Rony) said that after Manikganj, several part of the film will be shot in Barishal.[4][5]

Reception

Daily Inqilab wrote that "Ador Azad said, usually web films mean thriller, crime stories. But it's different story. An audience pleasing story. Hopefully, the audience will be gifted with a work of different testes".[6]
