Black Peak, Šar Mountains

Black Peak (Albanian: Guri i Zi; Serbian: Црни Камен / Crni.Kamen; Macedonian: Црн Камен, romanized: Crn Kamen) is a peak of the Šar Mountains located in Kosovo[a] and the Republic of North Macedonia. Black Peak stands at 2,536m above sea level. The famous Brezovica ski resort is situated close to the peak.[1][2]

Having unilaterally declared independence from Serbia in 2008, Kosovo is formally recognised as a sovereign state by 101 UN member states (with another 13 states recognising it at some point but then withdrawing their recognition) and 92 states not recognizing it, while Serbia continues to claim it as a part of its own territory.
