Hazara-i-Karlugh

The Hazara-e-Qarlugh (Persian: هزاره قرلوق) were the Turkic Qarlugh soldiers that were settled by Timur in what is now the Hazara region of Pakistan.[1][2]

Etymology

The region of Hazara in Pakistan is named after the tribe.[2][3]
