Horsham District Council elections
Horsham District Council in West Sussex, England, is elected every four years.

Political control
The first elections to the council were held in 1973, initially acting as a shadow authority before coming into its full powers on 1 April 1974. Political control of the council since 1973 has been held by the following parties:

Following the resignation as Cllr Jonathan Chowen on 10th January 2023 as leader Cllr Tony Hogben served as acting leader until Cllr Claire Vickers was elected on 2 February 2023.
After the May 2023 local elections , Cllr Claire Vickers was defeated. Her deputy, Cllr Phillip Circus is serving as acting leader until the first full council of the municipal year. It is expected that Cllr Martin Boffey will be elected at that meeting. He will be the first Liberal Democrat Leader of the Council in twenty-five years.
