Karen Kunc
Karen Kunc (b. 1952 Omaha, Nebraska)[1] is an American book artist and printmaker known for her woodblock prints.[2][3] She attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Ohio State University.[4] She has taught at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln since 1983. She is the 2007 recipient of the Southern Graphics Council's Printmaker Emeritus Award.[5] In 2023 the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art held a solo exhibition of her work.[6]

Kunc's work is in the Art Institute of Chicago,[7] the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art,[8] the National Museum of Women in the Arts[9] the Smithsonian American Art Museum,[1] and the Walker Art Center.[10]
