Dr. Kryss Shane is American LGBT+ Expert, a social work educator, a consultant, an author and a popular public speaker.[1] Recognized as a LGBT+ expert by The New York Times,[2] ABC News, CNN, Oprah Magazine, Rolling Stone, Readers Digest and Playboy.

Dr. Shane PhD LSW, LMSW is the author of "The Educator's Guide to LGBT+ Inclusion." and currently tours the world on the speaker's circuit while continuing to publish books. She also serves as a professor of social work and field liaison at Fordham University, Columbia University, University of Massachusetts Global and National Louis University.[3] [4][5][6]
She is a cast member on I Am Jazz and has also made appearances in Freestyle Love Supreme and I Love the '80s 3-D.[7][8]
