Manzi Tumubweine
Newstead Zimba (1941 – 12 June 2021) was a Ugandan politician who served as the Minister of Trade from 1997 to 2000.

Biography
Tumubweine served in the Parliament of Uganda as a member of the National Resistance Movement, representing Rukiga District from 1996 to 2001 when he was defeated by Jack Sabiiti.[1]
He was the father of Tumubweine Twinemanzi.[2]
