Muhammad Khan Toor Utmankhel
Muhammad Khan Toor Utmankhel is a Pakistani politician who is a member of the Provincial Assembly of Balochistan since August 2018 and he is Commerce and Trade Minister of Balochistan. He belong to Utmankhel tribe/community in Balochistan.[1]
