Neymar (film)

Neymar is a 2023 Indian Malayalam-language comedy film directed by Sudhi Maddison and produced by Padma Uday under the banners of V Cinemas International. Film Starring Mathew Thomas, Naslen K. Gafoor, Johny Antony, Shammi Thilakan and Vijayaraghavan. The film released theaters on 12 May 2023.[2]

Reception

Anjana George critic of Times of india gave 3 stars out of 5 and stated that "On the whole, Neymer the dog steals the show. A family entertainer for the vacation."[5]

A critic from Onmanorama wrote that "he film's blend of comedy, entertainment, and emotion makes it a must-watch for those seeking a cinematic experience that delivers it all."[6].Sanjith Sidhardhan critic of OTTplay wrote that "The lacklustre writing make director Sudhi Maddison's Neymar an insipid watch." and gave 2 stars out of 5.[7] Anandu Suresh critic of Indian Express gave 1.5 stars out of 5 and wrote that "In short, Neymar proves to be a squandered opportunity for Malayalam cinema, as it adds to the absence of any compelling pet-centric movies in the industry, and all that we have had till now are trash like Ring Master (2014)."[8]
