Noxolo Cesane
Noxolo Cesane (born 11 October 2000) is a South African soccer player who plays as a midfielder for Mexican Liga MX Femenil club Tigres UANL and the South Africa women's national team.[1]
Early life
Cesane was born in 2000 in Cape Town, South Africa.[2] Cesane grew up playing football with boys.[3]
College career
Cesane spent a year at the University of the Western Cape.[4]
Club career
In 2023, she signed for Mexican side Tigres.[5] Besides playing in South African and Mexico, she previously played in France.[6]
International career
In 2019, Cesane played her first match for the South Africa women's national soccer team.[7] Cesane has won the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations with South Africa.[8]
Style of play
Cesane mainly operates as a midfielder and is known for her skill.[9]
