Ntikkakkakkoru Premondarnn is a Malayalam language film, directed by Adhil Maimoonath Asharaf. The film stars Bhavana in the lead role, along with Sharaf U Dheen and Ashokan.It was released on 24 February 2023.[3][4]

The film was announced in March 2022[5][6][7] and the principal photography started on 20 June 2022.[8] The film marked the come back of Bhavana in the Malayalam film industry after a gap of six years.[9]Debutant director Adhil Maimoonath Asharaf was an associate director to Amal Neerad.[10] The film was wrapped up on 18 September, 2022 after 60 days of shoot across 12 locations.[11]

Reception

S.R.Praveen critic of The Hindu wrote that "Bhavana’s comeback film is a mature, engagingly-told love story"[12]Gopika S critic of Times of india stated that "Director Adhil Maimoonath Asharaf has hit the mark with his debut movie"and agve 3.5 out of 5[13].A critic from Firstpost gave 3.5 rating out of 5 and stated that "Ntikkakkakkoru Premandaarnnu is more than its attractive packaging and sunny surface."[14].Princy Alexander critic of Onmanorama noted that " However, 'Ntikkakkakkoru...' is not perfect. Some scenes, including the visuals in one of the songs" [15].Cris of The News Minute critic wrote that 'The writers – Vivek Bharathan and Sabaridas Thottingal joining Adhil in the scripting – play it smart by making the characters themselves blush with embarrassment and laugh aloud, looking at the cheesy letters they wrote in the past. The laughs and the recollection only make their story dearer to you."[16].A critic from OTTplay stated that "If viewers are searching for a simple, beautiful love story, then Ntikkakkokkoru Premondarnn is the perfect choice. The film veers into predictability when it comes to story, but the charming performances of its lead cast becomes its saving grace."and gave 3 out of 5 stars.[17]
