Pangrango
The Pangrango train (Indonesian: Kereta Api Pangrango) is an executive and economy class (new image/premium economy) passenger train service operated by Kereta Api Indonesia to serve the Sukabumi–Bogor route and vice versa. This train carries executive and economy class passenger trains with a 2-2 seating arrangement.[1] On the travel map, this route is coded (PG) and colored Sulu Green ( ).

History
This train service began operating on 9 November 2013 to replace the Bumi Geulis train service which had stopped operating on 15 December 2012.[2][3] The name "Pangrango" is taken from the name of Mount Pangrango which is in the Mount Gede Pangrango National Park area.
The Executive class service on the Pangrango train was abolished on 1 January 2016.[4] To accommodate customer requests, KAI returned to providing executive class on 21 January 2016 and underwent fare adjustments due to the elimination of subsidies.[5][6]
On 10 April 2022, the Pangrango train was officially operating again after 2 years of not operating because the Bogor-Sukabumi Railway was inactive which has resulted in the Bogor–Cicurug section double track project.[1]
Starting on 1 June 2022, the Pangrango Train began to serving Bogor Station again in order to facilitate the transit of passengers from the Bogor Line of the KRL Commuterline traveling to Sukabumi and vice versa.[7]
