Paul Kinne

Paul Kinne is a former American basketball player. He played college basketball at Montana State.

Early years

Kinne graduated from Paso Robles High School,[1] before continuing his basketball career at Cuesta College.[2] He was selected for Cuesta's Athlete of the Year Award in June 1974.[3]

NCAA career

A 6-foot-1 guard, Kinne started 51 combined games in the Montana State backcourt between the 1974–75 and 1975–76 seasons.[4]

He holds a share of the school's all-time single-game assists record, distributing 16 assists in a game against Portland State on January 3, 1976,[5] and for the 1975–76 season, he led the team in assist average with 5.3.[6] As a Bobcat senior, he averaged a career-best 15.8 points.
