Polychronis Tzortzakis
Polychronis Tzortzakis (Greek: Πολυχρόνης Τζωρτζάκης; born 3 January 1989) is a Greek road and track cyclist, who most recently rode for UCI Continental team Kuwait Pro Cycling Team.[2] Representing Greece, he competed in the team pursuit event at the 2010 and 2011 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.[3][4]
