Postgraduate-only institutions

Postgraduate-only institutions or graduate-only universities are graduate schools that only offer postgraduate education such as master's degrees or PhDs and no bachelor's degree or undergraduate education. In 2009–10, there were 315 graduate-only institutions in the United States with over 170,000 in enrollment. 85% were private not-for-profit institutions, 10% were private for-profit institutions, and 5% were public. 35% of these schools were educating in Theological seminary for ministry, 27% were for health care or medical professionals, and 10% were for law school.[1]
