Prakasam-Nellore-Chittoor Graduates Council constituency is a constituency in Prakasam district, Nellore district and Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh that elects representatives to the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council in India. It is one of the five council constituencies representing Graduates.
