Prashant Kumar Mishra
Justice Prashant Mishra (born 29 August 1964) is an Indian judge. He is currently serving as the Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court. He is former Acting Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh High Court. He has also served as Judge of the Chhattisgarh High Court.[1][2] On 17th May 2023, the Supreme Court collegium headed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice of India "Dhananjaya Y. Chandrachud" recommends elevation of his name to the Centre Government as judge of the apex court.
