Sam Wong (windsurfer)
Tak Sum Wong (Chinese: 德森黃, also known as Sam Wong, born 22 January 1965) is a Hong Kong windsurfer. He competed in the 1988 Summer Olympics, the 1992 Summer Olympics, and the 1996 Summer Olympics.[1]
