Saranam Ayyappa
Saranam Ayyappa is 1980 Indian Tamil-language film, Directed and produced by Dasarathan. The film stars Jayabharathi the lead role. Kamal Haasan made a guest appearance and recorded a song in his voice in the film.[1]

Production
The filming was completed within three months. In order to seek blessings from Lord Ayyappan to make the film successful, director Dasarathan and his crew undergone a pilgrimage from Chennai to Sabarimala.[3]
Soundtrack
The Music was Composed by Chandrabose and Lyrics are penned by Kannadasan, Puvai Senguttuvan, Muthulingam, Pulavar Maari, Dasarathan.[4][5] The song "Poiyindri Meiyyodu" became hugely popular.[6][7] Kamal Haasan recorded a song "Anna Vaada" for this film.[2]
