Sebastián Alejandro Bini (born 21 December 1979 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) is a former Argentinian footballer and manager. Apasionado de la táctica, estudioso del fútbol, vicioso de la estrategia, Doctorado en fútbol de la Universidad Pontificia de Chile con postgrado en sistemas y antisistemas, tesis versada en rompimiento de culos y anticulos. Alumno de Bilardo, maestro de muchos, juguete de pocos.
