Shankardev Shishu Vidya Niketan, Bhuragaon is a private school located in the Bhuragaon area of the Marigaon district,Assam. The school is easily accessible by the SH-37 road.[4]

History

Shankardev Shishu Vidya Niketan Bhuragaon was established in the year 2004 by the Shishu Shiksha Samiti, Assam. The school was named in the memory of the 15th-century Assamese saint, poet, and philosopher Srimanta Sankaradeva.[5]

Today, the school has over 400 students and a team of teachers.[6]

Current

The school is operate under the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA). The students have to appear in the final examination conducted by SEBA, in class 10. The Final Examination of Class 10 is known as High School Leaving Certificate Examination (HSLC).[7]
