Shilpa Bala

Shilpa Bala is a Malayalam actress and television host. She began with the film "Orkkuka Vallappozhum" in 2009, which earned her the Film Critics Award for Best Debutant Actress.[1][2][3][4]

Early life and career

Shilpa won the "Kalathilakam" title at the Arabian Youth Festival in the UAE.[5] Beginning her career as a television host at the age of 10, Shilpa showcased her talent on Middle East Television. She has hosted various shows on channels such as Jeevan TV, Asianet, and Kairali TV. Notably, she hosted the comedy reality show Comedy Express for two years.[5][6][7]
