Sylvain Claudius Goy
Sylvain Claudius Goy is a French chef sometimes said to have created the modern croissant.[1]
In 1915, he presented in his book LA CUISINE ANGLO-AMERICAINE the first published recipe of a croissant using a laminated yeast dough known in French as pâte feuilletée levée.[2]
