Travis Draper

Travis Draper is a former American football offensive and defensive lineman who played college football for the USC Trojans in the mid-2000s.

Early years

Draper entered his senior year ranked by Rivals as the 24th-best offensive line prospect nationally in his class, graduating from Paso Robles High School in 2003. After impressing Trojan coaches at a Nike camp in Los Angeles in April 2002 (when he was timed at 4.79 seconds for the 40-yard dash, with a vertical leap of 26 inches), he verbally committed to Southern Cal in September.[1]

As a senior for PRHS, Draper was selected for Los Angeles Times All-Star status[2] and All-Southern Section honors and played in the fourth CaliFlorida Bowl all-star game.[3][4]

College career

Standing 6-foot-5 and 285 pounds, Draper earned letters from USC in the 2005 and 2006 seasons, including once serving as a pregame team captain in the latter year alongside Reggie Bush, Matt Leinart, and Darnell Bing.[5][6]

He first played as a center and offensive guard before being converted to defensive tackle. Draper graduated from USC in the spring of 2008.[7]
