Ugram (film)

Ugram is a 2023 Indian Telugu-language action thriller film directed by Vijay Kanakamedala from a story written by Toom Venkat. It stars Allari Naresh and Mirnaa Menon in the lead roles.[1][2] It marks the second collaboration of Naresh and Kanakamedala after the 2021 sleeper-hit, Naandhi.

Premise

K. Shiva Kumar is a CI at Warangal, who is investigating the case of recent missing people. However, trouble ensues for Shiva at home, as his wife, Aparna, decides to separate from him due to his aggressiveness as a police officer. While travelling to Aparna's home, Shiva, Aparna and their daughter, Lucky, get entangled in an accident, leaving Shiva severely injured. Upon recovery, Shiva finds that both Aparna and Lucky are missing from the accident and sets out to find them.

Ugram was released on the 5 May 2023. It was initially was going to release on 14 April 2023 but due to production delays, the films was postponed. Later in April 2023, it was announced that the film will release on 5 May 2023.
