Vidaa Muyarchi

Vidaa Muyarchi (transl. Perseverance)[1] is an upcoming Indian Tamil-language action thriller film written and directed by Magizh Thirumeni, and produced by Lyca Productions. It stars Ajith Kumar and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in lead roles. The film will have music composed by Anirudh Ravichander.

Production

Development

On March 18, 2022, Ajith Kumar's 62nd film was initially meant to be directed by Vignesh Shivan under Lyca Productions, with the film music being composed by Anirudh Ravichander.

In February 2023, there were rumours of Vignesh Shivan leaving the project, with a new director to replace him. This was confirmed by the director in April 2023.

On 1 May 2023, on Ajith Kumar's birthday, Lyca Productions released an title announcement poster, revealing the title to be Vidaa Muyarchi with the tagline 'Efforts Never Fail' and the film will be directed by Magizh Thirumeni and music is still being composed by Anirudh Ravichander.

The shooting will begin in the end of May.

Music

The music of the film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, marking his third collaboration with Kumar, after Vedalam (2015) and Vivegam (2017).
