Waterman Broadcasting
Waterman Broadcasting Corporation is a small American television broadcasting company based in Fort Myers, Florida. It was founded in 1978 in Fort Myers when it purchased WBBH from Broadcast Telecasting Services, Inc.
It was founded by Bernard Waterman.[1]

Sale to Hearst Television
On April 5, 2023, it was announced that Hearst Television would be purchasing NBC affiliate WBBH/Fort Myers from Waterman Broadcasting for $220.5 million, pending FCC approval. The purchase would also include the LMA rights to Montclair Communications-owned ABC sister WZVN, meaning that Waterman Broadcasting will likely cease operation in the third quarter of 2023.[2][3][4]
