Yahya bin Mahfoudh al-Mantheri

Yahya bin Mahfoudh al-Mantheri is a politician from Oman who served as Chairmen of the Council of State of Oman.[1][2] He has been also served as Minister of Higher Education of Oman[3][4][5][6] and Chairmen of Sultan Qaboos University.[7]
