  • Re-seeding: The team to host a playoff game is determined by seeding number, not position on the bracket. The outcome of the Wild Card games will change the teams of the Divisional games, with the lowest seed in each conference traveling to the number one seed, and the second-lowest remaining seed traveling to the second-highest remaining seed.
  • Conference Championship: Home field goes to the higher-remaining seed in each conference.

**Note: Any playoff game between Kansas City and Buffalo will be played at a neutral site.
