Atomic Energy Commission
Atomic Energy Commission which was otherwise known as The United States Atomic Energy Commission, or (AEC) was the agency in the United States government that was established soon after World War II by the United States Congress. The purpose of the agency was to encourage development and to maintain control over the development of atomic sciences and technology during peacetime.[1]
