Cleopa Msuya
Cleopa David Msuya (born 4 January 1931[1][2][3]) is a Tanzanian politician. He was Prime Minister of Tanzania from 7 November 1980 to 24 February 1983 and again from 7 December 1994 to 28 November 1995.
