Emlain Kabua
Emlain Kabua (born February 1928)[1] is a Marshallese artist and political figure. She is the former First Lady of the Marshall Islands and the widow of former Marshallese President Amata Kabua.[2] Kabua served as the first First Lady of the Marshall Islands from 1979 until 1996.
