Flag of Morocco

The flag of Morocco was adopted on 17 November 1915. It has a red field with the green pentagram, a five-pointed linear star.[1]

The green five-pointed star in the center (symbol of Islam) represents the Moroccan government and the red background represents the earth of the Moroccan people.
