Greek people
The Greeks (Hellenes; Hellenes; Greek: Έλληνες) are a people from the Hellenic branch living in the territory of modern Greece. This territory includes the the mainland of Greece, the island of Crete and other islands in the Aegean Sea. The main religion of Greek people is Greek Orthodoxy. They speak the Greek language. There is a large Greek diaspora around the world.[1]
