Kempen, Germany
Kempen is a town in Germany. It is about 30 kilometres (19 miles) northwest of Düsseldorf, and 20 kilometres (12 miles) east of Venlo. It was once a center of textile making, silk, cotton, and linen. Kempen can also refer to a different town that used to be part of Germany but in 1920 was given to Poland and now has a Polish name.
