Khomein
Khomein (Persian: خمين, also Romanized as Khomeyn, Khowmeyn, and Khūmaīn)[1] is a city in and the capital of Khomeyn County, Markazi Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 64,031, in 17,399 families.[2] The city is the birthplace of the Ruhollah Khomeini, leader of the Iranian Revolution.
