Liperi
Liperi is a municipality in North Karelia, Finland. It had about 12,500 living there in April 2014. The municipalities next to it are Heinävesi, Joensuu, Kontiolahti, Polvijärvi, Rääkkylä, Savonlinna and Outokumpu.
