Lyudvig Chibirov
Lyudvig Alekseyevich Chibirov (Cybyrty Aleksejy fyrt Ljudvig, Georgian: ლუდვიგ ჩიბიროვი, Russian: Лю́двиг Алексе́евич Чи́биров; born November 19, 1932) is a Ossetian politician. He was born in Tskhinvali. He was the first elected-President of South Ossetia serving from 1993 through 2001.[1]
