Monastir Governorate
Monastir Governorate (Arabic: ولاية المنستير Wilāyat Munastīr) is one of the twenty-four governorates of Tunisia. It is in the northeastern part of the country. It covers an area of 1,019 km².[1] As of the 2014 census, 548,828 people lived there.[2][3] The capital is Monastir.
