Pascoal Mocumbi
Pascoal Manuel Mocumbi (born 10 April 1941) is a Mozambican politician. He was the Prime Minister of Mozambique[1] from 1994 until 2004. Between 2004 and 2013, Mocumbi was the High Representative of the European and Developing Countries Clinical Trials Partnership (EDCTP).[2]
