Perch Zeytuntsyan
Perch Zeytuntsyan (Armenian: Պերճ Արմենակի Զեյթունցյան, July 18, 1938 – August 21, 2017)[1] was an Egyptian-born Armenian playwright and screenwriter. He served as Minister of Culture of Armenia from 1990 to 1991.[2]

In 1975, Zeytuntsyan became the executive secretary of the Writer’s Union of Armenia, a position he held until 1981. He went on to become the Minister of Culture in the first post-Soviet administration of the Republic of Armenia.[3]
