Richard Belzer
Richard Jay Belzer (born August 4, 1944)[1] is an American stand-up comedian and actor. He is also a conspiracy author.[2] He is best known for his role as John Munch,[3] on the NBC police drama series Homicide: Life on the Street and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.[4]

Belzer believes there was a conspiracy to assassinate President John F. Kennedy.[5] He has written four books discussing conspiracy theories.
Belzer is a cousin of actor Henry Winkler.[6]
