Richard Luce, Baron Luce
Richard Napier Luce, Baron Luce, KG, GCVO, Kt, PC, DL (born 14 October 1936),[1] is a British politician. He was Lord Chamberlain to the Queen from 2000 to 2006. He was a Conservative Member of Parliament (MP) from 1971 to 1992.
